Steps of the procedures (14 days)
- Delivery of Investors documents by a IM's
- DD of a Investors
- If all OK, presentation of a Draft Contract to Investor
- If Investor are OK with a AMA Contract, the same Is sent to IM”s for a verification
- If all is OK by IM's, the Platform will start preparing the same document for a electronic signing, by www.hellosign.com
By sign the AMA Contract starting a performance of the same, and Trade platform become a Custodial of Investors Account for period of a one year and one day, and not moving a funds anywhere.
